Most of the times the animal has a huge impact on the personality of the human form or in other words, Grace is exactly what you would expect from an eagle. Ever since she learnt how to fly, she’s been moving around the country, even out of it, visiting places, learning new things about each state of the country. She’s curious and that’s one of the reasons why she travels a lot, not only because she can fly, but also because she wants to see everything. This also makes her be pretty inconstant, always starting a hundred things at the same time and never finishing one. Changing her mind every week about what she wants to do with her life. She’s also a bit of a tomboy and you will never ever see her wearing a skirt. The only time the people in town have seen her wearing a dress was at her graduation for which she didn’t even have someone to go with, but she showed up anyway, determined to show everyone how beautiful she could look and to have a lot of fun. In the end she had a queue of guys willing to dance with her and of course, all the girls where jealous of how pretty she looked. Despite this, Grace has always been a loner, never around too many people and only close to her best friend, Nathan, even dating him for some time until she had to break up with him before he was able to figure out her secret.
Grace is very smart, even if she looks like the kind of girl who doesn’t study or pay attention to what she does, she always got very good grades and even graduated a year earlier than what she should have. After finishing the high school, she started studying in Tampa’s University but soon decided that it wasn’t the way things should be, that she wasn’t meant to study and when the year was over, she left and came back to Tala Springs. During four years she’s been working as many thing, occasionally leaving the town for more or less time, sometimes a couples days, others a couple months but always coming back and trying out a new job before leaving again. Definitely, you can call her a free spirit, someone who needs freedom to do whatever she wants but is also looking for something stable. Mind you, in the end she’s only looking for the right thing for her, the job and the place that are going to make her feel at ease.
Right after coming back to Tala Springs after getting to meet Sophia, not even knowing that she’s Sister Sun, she found out that the Sheriff, Ian was looking for someone to help him as deputy and she volunteered, working hard as ever to prove to him that she was good for the job, that he had to choose her. And surprisingly enough, he did choose her and it turns out that this was the job and the place he had been looking for her whole life. The one that allows her to be free, move, explore and just be the way she is. She found herself also quite surprised by the fact that she was helping out Ian to move past his friend’s death and is growing to be very close to him.
